COSO Guidance on Monitoring

The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) is the preeminent authority helping organizations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their internal controls.

Organizations that use an objective and risk-based approach to sustaining internal controls can experience bottom-line savings in day-to-day financial operations and in their compliance initiatives, both of which contribute to a more effectively managed organization.
